NEW NAME LAUNCH!

​The award-winning Staines Musical Theatre Group is proud to announce its new name: Bridges Musical Theatre.

This exciting rebrand reflects the group's growing presence beyond Staines, as they continue to perform across the Thames region, bringing song and dance to communities in towns with famous bridges, such as Chertsey, Walton-on-Thames, and Staines-upon-Thames.

INTRODUCING OUR NEW CHAIR!

​With the unveiling of our fresh identity, Bridges Musical Theatre is excited to introduce our new Chairman.

For more than 15 years, Dan Curtis has been an integral part of our community, contributing not only as a performer but also taking the reins as a director, crafting original shows, hosting lively quizzes and karaoke evenings, and most recently, bringing our visions to life through his backdrop designs for our productions.

We, of course, have to give thanks to Sharon Young , who sadly steps down as chair. We are forever grateful for her dedication and all her hard work and knowledge she has put into our society to get us to where we are today. Thank you!

ANOTHER PANTO AWARD - OH YES IT IS!

Our award-winning directors went all the way up the beanstalk to collect our NODA award 'Accolade of Excellence' for the 2024 panto, Jack and the Beanstalk!

We are all extremely thrilled and proud at BMT to receive this prestigious award!
